MOHR PARTNERS APPOINTS KEN FLEMING AS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Mohr Partners, Inc., an international corporate real estate advisor, has appointed Ken Fleming as Account Executive in its Cleveland, Ohio office, joining Dennis Burnside, Managing Partner, and Bob Redmond, Managing Director. Fleming brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, exclusively representing corporate clients in the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties and vacant land sites.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Fleming was a Consultant at Graystone Properties, served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Consultant with Acadia Holdings, LLC in Cleveland, and worked with Grubb & Ellis for over 15 years, reaching the office of Senior Vice President.

In 1991, Fleming earned the title of Senior Marketing Consultant, Grubb & Ellis' highest recognition for leadership in commercial brokerage. Throughout the 1990's, he served on Grubb & Ellis' National Industrial Council. In 2000 he was elected President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors' (SIOR) Ohio Chapter.
 
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Fleming served in the United States Marine Corps with the rank of Major. He was an F-4 Phantom pilot and advanced jet flight instructor at the Naval Air Training Command. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Baldwin Wallace College.
